If you are like me, you may have a difficult time dealing with your weight issues. I have tried so many different weight loss products, as well as low carb, low-fat, calorie counting, exercise, but I get little to no results, and actually manage to gain weight yearly.

Its called Skinny Fibre. Now when I first heard of it, I Googled it to read the ingredients, and to be honest, was a bit unimpressed at first. One of the ingredients in Skinny Fibre is Glucommanan, or Konjak. Because of my years of experimentation on myself, I had taken Gluccommenan before and had no results, so I passed on the product entirely. Konjac root slows digestion and because of this it also stabilizes blood sugars , because the sugars and carbs that you consume are released slowly, which doesn’t spike insulin response in the body.

Digestive Enzymes, these babies are very important to weight loss. They play a huge role in getting the body back to a healthy state. Below is the list of enzymes found in Skinny Fibre, and what they do.

Amylase is an enzyme that breaks down starch into sugar. It is present in our saliva, where it begins the chemical process of digestion. It is also produced in the Pancreas.

•Protease is the digestive enzyme that breaks down protein and remove toxins.

•Lipase is the digestive enzyme used to break down fats in food.

•Glucoamylase release maltose and frees glucose by breaking the bonds near the ends of large carbohydrates.

Papain is an enzyme from Papaya fruit which digests large protein molecules to smaller peptides and amino acids.

•Cellulase is an enzyme that converts cellulose into cellobiose. It is not produced by the human body, so we need it in our diet.

•Bromelain is an enzyme from Pineapple which digests large protein molecules to smaller peptides and amino acids.
